Numerous educational organisations and the MRO sector have produced a large pool of highly skilled and experienced people within the Sha-Shib Group who act as mentors for students. These mentors provide students with priceless advice, instruction, inspiration, and continuous support as they advance in their professions. The Sha-Shib Group's mentorship team is made up of distinguished aviation industry professionals, such as former DGCA officials, retired Air Force members, certified aircraft maintenance engineers, quality management experts, responsible managers, training authorities, supervisors of aircraft maintenance, supervisors of continuing airworthiness, chief flying instructors, and professors and lecturers with a variety of backgrounds, including PhD holders and engineering science.

The Sha-Shib Group, which is made up of a network of universities, organisations, and MRO businesses, has a wide range of highly skilled professionals on staff who serve as mentors to students.
